- Support in planning and quality department for Process improvement initiative
- Established and implemented a Continual Improvement Framework to capture, report, track and execute the Continual Improvement Initiatives inline to the Business goal of the client
- Define policies and procedure for the clients having industry best practices and benchmarked them with the compliance to ISO9001, ISO27001 and ITIL, CMMI & ISO20000 standards.
- Conduct gap analysis and prepared As-Is & To-Be analysis.
- Issue tracking and closure
- Implementing actions related to Customer Satisfaction Survey results/recommendations.
- Gathering detailed business requirements and undertake process reengineering/mapping.:
- Undertake process automation provide function requirement for process improvement workflow
- Functional and UAT for process improvement system.
- Change Management activities
- Prepare training material, user guide etc
- Conduct process trainings workshops, user training sessions
- Ensure documentation up to Level 5 and ensure ISO 9000 compliance as applicable.
- Implementation verification & validation audit activities, to ensure:
- Prepare project charter
- Business Process & Systems Reengineering
- Process definition and implementation
- Information Gathering
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- People & Change Management
- Project/Program Management
- Advanced Communication and Reporting
- Proficiency in tools associated with the above
