Job Description

Scope of work for Training coordinator

  • Supports Learning and Development Quality Assurance programs and works to ensure the
    delivery of high-quality products and services that align with operational and strategic
    workforce plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Hayakum Corporate Orientation in monthly basis
  • Coordinates project across the organization in collaboration with other stakeholders and
    prepares reports for learning governance committee as requested
  • Develops high level reports and learning dashboard as requested utilizing excel and other
    reporting tools
  • Supports the design of an annual learning calendar for Sidra that responds to needs
    identified through the annual corporate training needs analysis survey.
  • Liaises with other HR departments to ensure logistics pertaining to employees’ external
    training are delivered (i.e. ticketing, per diems, etc.)
  • Assists in implementing effective communication, collaboration, liaison, networking and
    teamwork systems to ensure strong professional relationships within and across diverse
    work teams and departments.
  • Facilitate the internal training logistic such as room booking, preparation of course
    materials and attendance sheet
