Job Description

  • Ensuring that there is a functional access control solution at QSL events and matches events – recorded in the match report.
  • Ensuring the ticketing and CRM system is fully functional at all times.
  • Assisting in the delivery of departmental ticketing functions
  • Provide training on all relevant systems to key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining good relations with the key systems suppliers and vendors.
  • Assisting in the effective preparation and delivery of the day-to-day ticketing functions of the QSL.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or similar Knowledge and/or Experience:
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Good understanding of different ticketing systems, access control systems, awareness of best practices in the delivery of ticketing and CRM
  • IT general knowledge, Databases, Operating Systems, CRM and ERP (Microsoft 2008 servers)
