- Ensuring that there is a functional access control solution at QSL events and matches events – recorded in the match report.
- Ensuring the ticketing and CRM system is fully functional at all times.
- Assisting in the delivery of departmental ticketing functions
- Provide training on all relevant systems to key stakeholders.
- Maintaining good relations with the key systems suppliers and vendors.
- Assisting in the effective preparation and delivery of the day-to-day ticketing functions of the QSL.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or similar Knowledge and/or Experience:
- 5 years relevant experience
- Good understanding of different ticketing systems, access control systems, awareness of best practices in the delivery of ticketing and CRM
- IT general knowledge, Databases, Operating Systems, CRM and ERP (Microsoft 2008 servers)
