Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have 2 years of experience in the same field or any related field concerning project management or secretarial work or experience as a junior executive or in any other administrative or management.
  • Diploma in administration / management or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and secretarial support to the department and respective section, including technical support to Executive Directors, Assistant Executive Director, Senior Facility Engineers, and Engineers of any technical reports for facility maintenance services
  • Also, to provide administrative services for Corporate Engineering Department which includes data analysis, preparing technical reports and responsible to update JCI and FMS requirements of the hospital.
