Job Description

  • Strict monitoring of the attendance of the PAs
  • Maintain SLAs and ensure operations are not affected by absences thru deployment of replacement staff
  • Conduct staff presentability and grooming check
  • Allocate PCA duties as per ROTA
  • Preparation of status reports, time sheets, KPI reports, and others as required by the department/facility
  • Warrant the PAs quality of work in their assigned areas
  • Receive and record feedbacks on the performance of the PAs
  • Provide orientation to PAs
  • Lead the team of PAs assisting the nurses in organizing inventories

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to do rotating shifts (Day/Evening/Night)
  • Must be able to use a computer and is comfortable with MS Office Suite
  • Must attend all mandatory health and safety training courses
  • Must be reliable and adaptive to emergency situations
  • Must maintain good communication skills
  • Language Skills
    English- Advanced
    Arabic- Basic
