Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

1. Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting of PC, Laptop & Printer

  • PC Hardware – Mother Board, Memory, Video Card, Hard Disk, Power Supply, Port and Network Card.
  • PC Software – Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft Software, Endpoint Security, Update Services Portal, Mail Client, VPN, Service Ticket Portal, Remote Support, Encryption, Virtualization, and Hard Disk Imaging
  • Printer Hardware: Mother Board, Network, Memory, Array Tray, Power Supply, Fuser Kit and Transfer Kit.
  • Software – Driver and Firmware, Network Activation and Sharing


  1. Installation, Termination, Support and Troubleshooting of Level 1 Network
  • Network Structured Cabling & Patching.


  1. Windows Active Directory User and Computer
  • User – Creation, Modification and Deletion
  • Computer – Creation, Modification and Deletion


  1. Installation/ Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting of Access Control
  • Hardware – Turnstiles, Barrier Gates, Electronic Door, Controller and Card Reader
  • Software – Controller Activation, Reader Activation, Time Attendance, Report and Access Level Modification
  • Network Configuration


  1. Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting of Audio-Visual
  • Hardware – Video Conference Codec & Camera, Digital Signage, Room Scheduler, TV/ Projector/ Microphone & Sound system.
  • Software – Operating System and Content Sharing.
  • Network Configuration.


  1. Procurement and Asset Management of IT Related Devices, Items and Services
  • Hardware – PC, Laptop, Monitor, Printer, Server, Network Switch and other IT Related Peripherals (USB Flash, Network Cable, etc.)
  • Software – Operating System, Security Software, Microsoft Software and 3rd Party


  1. Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting of Mobile Devices
  • Hardware – Mobile Phone and Tablet
  • Software – Operating System, MDM and Mailing System

Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma in Computer Technology or Computer Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of direct or relevant experience
  • Recognize IT certification will be an added advantage,
  • Preferably with Qatar Driving License
