Job Description:

• Responsible for ordering stocks
• Responsible to receive incoming stock
• Ensure the secure and correct storage of stock
• To distribute stocks to correct department/end users as per IR/PR raised
• Track all orders in the system and ensure timely demand and provision
• Processing Non-Stock invoices/POs
• To update all records and entries in systems
• Will clear all documents in a timely manner
• Utilizes ease of identification, marking on all packing with correct stock Number
• Follow the policy on near expiry stocks
• Follow the policy of condemnation of items in a timely manner
• Departments issue on a FIFO/ FEFO(First In First Out/ First Expiry First Out)
• Maintains shelf or Pallet loading limitations
• Maintains and implements a stock checking program designed to verify physical stock quantities in relation to book stock figures
• Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and environment is maintained
• Reports any stock discrepancies and possible actions of Pilferage
• Performs any other duties assigned for

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in any Degree
• Computer training in Microsoft Office suite/ Oracle software
• English language essential
• Candidates must have completed Manual Handling training within the last 12 months.
• Candidates must complete Infection Control training and Basic Life Support training prior to commencing employment

Experience Required:

• Minimum 4 years experience
• Experience in managing Hospital stores

• Minimum of 20 years and maximum of 35 years old

• Must be fluent in English verbal and written.
