Job Description
- Fault troubleshooting of the small/Pico cells, which generally involves
- Replacing the faulty small/Pico cell with a new one
- Recommission the cells
- Checking the backhaul and changing fiber patch chord as and when required
- Checking the input power and air-conditioning and coordinating to get it rectified from the concerned department
- Visit to Macro site may also be required
- Managing access issue
- Site survey
- Site acceptance
- Preventive maintenance
- Carry out preventive maintenance of the sites as per Ooredoo SOP
- Documentation
- Trouble ticket management
- PM record management
- Basic inventory management
- Generate monthly activity report
- Average TT/ day = 20
- Average number of sites visits / day = 10
