Job Description

• Work with Head of Marketing & Communication to develop communication strategy for company’s
internal and external communications (including respective brands)
• Develop and execute communications strategies to enhance respective brands for company’s entities
• This includes crafting key messaging for respective target audiences, channels, and tactics
• Lead all communication plans and calendars and act as focal point of contact for the Marketing &
Communications department
• Lead and manage content planning for marketing activities
• Develop indicators for success and evaluate results
• Monitor analytics to evaluate the successes and identify areas for improvement with communications
campaigns and strategies

• Respond to media inquiries, cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists/media and other
members of the press
• Conduct media outreach to national and local media outlets, magazines and influencers
• Lead and manage PR campaigns

• Lead, and manage content for newsletters, websites, brochures, fact sheets and press releases
• Proofread all communications materials for online and print distribution to ensure consistency in branding
and messaging
• Lead and manage content for newsletters, websites, brochures, fact sheets and press releases
• Direct and oversee the work of remote contractors to ensure accurate communications materials
• Developing communications across multiple channels and touch points to ensure a seamless customer journey e.g. email notification for E-commerce user journey.

• Manage and update content sections of websites
• Use SEO to create content for web pages that will easily rank on Google Search Engines
• Create reports and track website analytics to determine the effectiveness of content
• Maintain web pages so that they contain up-to-date and accurate information on the organization and its initiatives
• Maintain and update information online across all brands.

• Work with Graphic Designer to visualize communications materials
• Ensure all materials reflect respective brand identity in terms of communications
• Review first drafts created and make revisions based on the feedback received
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints or digital copies reflect specifications
