> Reporting directly to the offshore boat captain, the Boat Crew (Offshore Operation) is responsible to assist and execute the daily operation and activities of the Fish Operation for Offshore Farm.
> He is expected to have a prior work experience and knowledge on fish cage culture, including some of the following but not limited to boat crew, feeding, harvesting, cage and net maintenance work,
stock sampling, diving including mortality removal and accurate record keeping.
> Daily completion of all allocated tasks including feeding, monitoring of parameters, diving where qualified harvesting, boat crew activities etc. as directed
> Initiate preparation of the section, equipment and materials for offshore operations
> Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of culture areas, equipment and material used for Offshore.
> Maintain a good working relationship with government officials and authorities
> Assist in the maintenance of cages, boats, nets and other farm equipment.
> Daily monitoring (counting and production rate).
> Diving where required and suitable qualified.
> General boat crew activities.
> Harvesting as part of the harvest team when assigned.
> Comply with relevant procedures to maintain the protection of the environment and achieve safety, legality and quality aspects.
> Any other duties assigned by the Offshore Aquaculture Manager.
> It is expected that all work will be done in full compliance with the company’s overall policies and in a spirit of continual development.
Computer literate – basic knowledge on the use of office computer.
Basic knowledge on the use of crane and winch would be preferable
