Job Description

  • General management of arrivals and departures (AAD) on-site at airport terminal and all facilities scoped for the tournament, such as Ministerial Lounge, Staff Access and Control Facility and VIP terminal.
  • Training of Staff allocated to ground AAD operation functions.
  • General supervision and management of Staff according to Client instructions.
  • Management of Staff according to Client instructions.
  • Coordinate client AAD journey.
  • Communicate with Airport Authorities.
  • Daily reporting to Client utilising forms and systems provided by Client .
  • Management of AAD crew.
